Price drop! I have dropped price by £100 as I have just bought another bike and need the space! For sale is my Trek Scratch 9. This bike has been well ridden and so has a few marks to the frame as to be expected from a used bike. Great All mountain bike. 170mm rear suspension provided by fox RC4 shock, Fox 36 van RC2 up front both in good working order The brakes are Elixirs, could do with a re-bleed. Rear one has no hydraulic fluid and I do not have the kit to replace. No problem for some one who has / knows someone with the bleed kit (or any bike shop). I recently changed one of the sets of brake pads, I have another new set I will include with the sale. Bike is currently running without front mech as I found I didn't really need it. I will include this XT mech and SLX shifter with the sale . Wheels are Hope pro 2 hubs (Recent bearing change) on Mavic 321 rims. Still running true. The bike has had a brand new hope headset fitted (£70). Running a pair of Swampys with loads of life left in them SDG I beam saddle (V.Light) I will also include in sale, adaptors to run with a 142mm rear wheel and a softer purple spring for the forks.(Currently running a blue spring) Anyway, cash on collection from Cardiff. Frame was helitaped since the first day I had the bike, and so still in really excellent condition. The brakes on this thing are awesome. Has recently had 1 set of pads changed and will come with a brand new spare set. All the Saint kit is still running really nice, the gears are as perfect as you will find on a second hand bike (probably 'cos I don't use them too much just going downhill!) All the suspension is still running really nicely thanks to regular servicing. Any way, all in all a great bike, just hasn't been getting the use it deserves + with a baby on the way I can't justify having 3 bikes anymore.......
