Canyon Recalls Mountain Bikes Due to Crash Hazard
Canyon Australia got me a seat stay to Tasmania in 2 days, no charge. When i broke that one too, they warrantied the whole frame and I was riding again in 2 weeks, no onerous questions or charge to me at all.
Granted, I'd prefer if they didn't break in the first place. But i thrash my bikes.
Cannot fault Canyon Australia.
