Restored 1996 Specialized Ground Control A1 Comp Large. A super unique retro example of early full-suspension mountain bikes. Spritely and nimble as you would expect from a mountain bike of this era. The suspension adds a new layer of control on Austin, TX technical trails. Originally sold out of "The Off Ramp" bike shop in Mountain View, CA. Best for riders 5'10" to 6'7"... retro MTBs feel like road geometry with low bars. Marin Renames its 27.5" Trail Bike to the Rift Zone 27.5 for Legal Reasons
This Marin mess is the most Marin, CA thing I've heard in a while... Maybe some lawyer-happy angry hippie hiker who frequents Bolinas Ridge or Four Corners will see this and have a bone to pick. I'm really curious how this whole story went down.
