May 13, 2017Custom Big Hit
$1000 GBPSelling my custom Big Hit as I don’t use it. Originally kept it as a spare after getting my YT.
Marzocchi 380 C2R2 Ti Espresso Coated Titanium Forks (small ding in one fork leg between crowns... does not affect performance at all)
Cane Creek DB Coil Shock + spare springs
Shimano Saint everything :) Brakes, Cranks, Bottom bracket, Chain guide and bash guard, Pedals, Shifter 10 speed (bike comes with no rear mech or chain)
Raceface cash monkey gold bars (some marks from uplift etc)
Hope direct mount stem
Nukeproof seat (bit crooked from gooch strike)
Maxxis minion tyres dhf and dhr... super soft compound up front... harder on the rear.
The next thing to upgrade would be the standard rear wheel if I was keeping as the hub is starting to wear. Has a Nukeproof hub and Mavic rim upfront at the moment.
I still have plenty of the old components. So if the bike doesn’t sell, I downgrade it and sell it cheaper.
No rush to sell but do need it gone. Cash on collection only.
Cheers
Chris

Jul 12, 2015Shimano Zee 175mm Cranks with BB and pedals
$60 GBPShimano Zee 175mm cranks arms with BB for 73mm shell and DMR V8 Pedals for sale.
Expect some signs of usage. Cranks are good, pedals are good but I'm pretty sure the BB could do with replacing...may be wrong though, not sure if these can be striped and serviced or cleaned. I'm gonna look into it though.
BB feels notchy in your hand but feels fine on the bike, might just be some grit behind the outer seal.
Will post pictures later in the week.

Jul 12, 2015Shimano Zee Brakes F + R with Pads
$120 GBPShimano Zee brakes for sale...
Standard UK set up (i.e. left is rear, right is front) Apparently the rest of the world does is differently...
Not much need to hype these up as you have no doubt heard how good they are... All I'll say is I swapped to these from some horrid Avid Juicy 3's and after bedding them in, I nearly crashed using them. So strong that I almost went over the handle bars... These brakes will make you smile! :-)
The only reason I'm selling is I went and got some saints because they had gold bits on them... I'm a tart!
Having ridden both the zee's and the saints, I'll say honestly that the saints are even more powerful (perhaps 3 tenths of fuck all stronger, but stronger nonetheless) and little things like the tool free adjustment and the use of a bolt instead of a split pin for the pad pin is nice... But if you want 95% of the performance of the saints at a fraction of the cost... You've got the zee's!
Badass brakes that are affordable.
They have the original pads in them, still plenty of meat on them yet.
Will not come with rotors or mounting adaptors (levers and callipers only)
Will come with bolts
Will have bolt retaining clips and a bleed block providing I can find them.
Pick up can be arranged anywhere between Church Stretton, Leicester, Linclonshire, Swindon, Swansea and places in between... I move around a lot. Also happy to ship
Cheers

Jun 15, 2014Kona Stuff Dirt Jump Bike
$200 GBPRRP in 2012 when released: £949.55.
Have had the bike since November 2013 (new, I'm its only owner). I bought this as my first bike and probably bought it to hastily. I found the bike to be too small for me though it was a load of fun. Really versatile bike. I used it for basic level riding as I had never done any amount of mountain biking before so it has been used relatively lightly. But I found that free ride/ downhill to be more interesting to me so I have bought myself a YT :).
Though used lightly expect some signs of normal usage.... nothings broken and this bike is strong as hell.
