Few upgrades include
RaceFace Next Carbon Handlebar
RockShox Monarch RC3 rear shock upgraded with Debonair can
Has a chainring guide. Can't recall the brand but it was bloody expensive so I think it's a good one.
Switched out the front tire to a 2,5". One of the Maxxis models. Can't recall which one. Have the brand new original you can have as well.
You're choice of XT clipless pedals or Raceface flat pedals.
Switched the crank to Sram XO that I could put smaller chainrings on. Have a few from 24, 26 and 32 you can have as well.
That's all I can think of. Bike is in excellent shape. No dents, dings etc. I'm getting out of MTB'ing so come by and I'll probably throw a bunch of other crap in as well.
I'm not posting a pic cause it looks like a 2017 Kona Process 153DL. Come look at it you won't be disappointed.

Praxis 11-40
$75 CADUsed very little before I broke my frame and got a new bike.
In excellent shape.
From the Praxis website:
- Praxis Works Aftermarket 10sp MTB Cassette with an 11-40T “Wide-Range”
- 11-13-15-17-19-21-24-28-34-40 is the gearing.
- Can be used for 1X or 2X crank setup.
- The 11-28 cogs are stamped steel, and 34-40 are machined 7075-T6 AL and and Hard Anodized
- The goal was great shifting, no sacrifice, no compromise ‘Wide-Range’ 10sp MTB cassette, that you could use an unmodified 10sp rear derailleur with. The 11-40 gearing allows this.
- For SRAM/Shimano Mid or Long cage RD only.
- The weight is 322g.
- Works on any 10sp MTB wheel.
- It’s as simple as installing and adjusting your RD.

Brodie Rocket
$100 CADI built this up a few years ago for my wife to ride. Was a great bike but got used maybe 10 times so I just stripped it and put the parts to use elsewhere.
Frame and shock are both in great shape. BB is still good. Needs a headset.
Also included is a Rock Shox Duke that still works fine. The frame is very small. My wife is 5'2".
