Hey there internet!
I'm Luke and I'm a bike-aholic! Ha. I have been riding trails for about 10 years now and still love every time I am out on my bike. I have dipped into a bit of downhill and 4X from time to time.
Toward the end of last year I found myself out of work so looked further a field and decided to move to Morzine for the winter. Well during the season I decided that this town ain't half bad so figured I would stick it out for the summer too. My arm was twisted by friends I have made, telling me of the awesomeness that is the Portes du Soleil summer biking trails. So went back to the UK for the inter season only to return with my stead. I can't even joke that it wasn't the right decision.
Currently working at the hotel L'Aubergade (www.laubergade.com), which is just a couple minute walk from the bottom of the Pleney lift, and backs out onto the mountain. Gotta say it's a hell of a view from my "office"! But if I was only visiting, I would definitely consider it here just on the location alone. Pretty much fall out the door and into the lift ha.
Well I will be adding to my blog through out the summer. Half to keep a diary but also to let you guys know why everyone should totally visit, it not consider doing a season yourself.
