Selling my Kona Rove LTD. I am the original owner and I got this bike as my staff bike while working here at the Kona Bike Shop in Bellingham. I built it up myself and it is bone stock save for the salsa cowchipper bars, which I find very comfy. Full GRX 810 kit with all-city hubs. I can throw in the old Kona bars for free or even swap them over for you if you prefer. The only other upgrade is a tubeless setup on mucoff valves. As you can see the bike has been ridden less than 350 miles by the Strava screenshot. I mainly took it on mixed rides like samish crest or light galbraith rides, out to the beach, and on the farm roads up north for road riding. Selling to get a carbon rig. I will put a new bottom bracket in and a new chain on right before the sale. Brake pads are good and so is the cassette. Selling my girlfriends 153 CR/DL. We got it in 2022 when she was a learner and she got a new bike last year in the spring, so it hasn’t been ridden too much. I’ve ridden it a few times and can confirm it’s an absolute blast of a bike. I was a mechanic at the Kona Bike Shop here in Bellingham and put a good bit of work into this bike and can confidently say it’s ready to rock. I just bled the brakes, put brand new pads and rotors on, a new chain, and a new BB, and have not ridden it since. Other specs are as follows- Meg neg rear shock air can upgrade GX derailleur (as opposed to stock XO) Giant wheels, non stock Upgraded stem and bar combo Front and rear suspension recently serviced with 50 hour, dampers are in strong working order Tires in good shape, Cush core in rear Has a left NX crank- the NX cranks are essentially identical to the GX ones with the only difference being the chainring. The left arms weigh the same. I can get you a new GX crankset complete for $100 if you’d like. I tossed a fresh chainring on the GX crank on the right. Contact me with any questions!
