Feb 28, 2025Trek Checkpoint Driftless GRX Limited 54cm
$1999 USDA bike for the price of the wheels! Checkpoint Frameset(54cm) built up with limited RX 810 GRX group. Custom Industry Nine UL250 wheels with red spokes and polished silver hydra hubs. 48x31 chainrings with170mm Cranks. RSL seatpost(20 offset) and RSL stem(100x7). Easton AX70 carbon bar(42cm at the hoods and 48 in the drops). Brand new 50miles 35c Girona RSL tubeless tires. Sworks Power 143 saddle will be included if asking is met. "Stock" saddle will be included otherwise.
I built this bike up for a few gravel events such as Limerock and Natchaug epics and a few other personal pursuits. 80% of the riding on this bike was done to and from work on pavement hence the recent tire choice. Before this tire setup I ran a 47c tire and there was plenty of room and capability. One of the pictures has these tires for context. The frame is dropper compatible. The frame bag has a matching interior fabric to the logo of the frame and it looks incredible. I have a few other bags from other smaller manufacturers and the fit and finish of the Bontrager bag is great. Zippers work with one hand. Interior storage is double sided and has interior pockets and loops. The direct mount look is clean and keeps the frame from straps scratching it all up. The drivetrain is a limited release polished RX810 groupset. My opinion, but I think it is just stunning. I have all the original packaging for the buyer. I upgraded the rotors to dura ace(160frontx140rear).
My wife and I had our first child in December and a bike or two need to go. My mountain bike will get the most use so the gravel bike needs a new home. Located in the Westerly RI area and can drive to meet or ship. Can talk shipping costs with potential buyer. The stem, seatpost, and saddle can all be removed for a better price if fit considerations are a concern. Offers considered and any questions just ask!
