Selling my 2014 Cervelo S3 (54cm) Ultegra with several upgrades. The frame it is in great condition, never crashed and is wrapped in clear protective tape (top tube, down tube seat tube). Please see pictures for the actual condition. The bike as sold is built up as follows: Groupset: Shimano Ultegra Di2 (6870) with long cage RD and climbing switch. Charger included. Brakes - Shimano Ultegra. Crankset - Ultegra 52/36 with 172.5 arms. Wheels: Easton EC 70 SL-carbon wheels (with AL braking surface). Bottom bracket -Kogel ceramic BB. Stages Power Meter - NOT INCLUDED IN SALE Pedals/Bottle Cages- NOT INCLUDED IN SALE I purchased this bike approximately two and a half years ago and per Strava, it has just shy of 2,800 miles in total. I would guess the Di2 groups has about half of that as it was upgraded later on. I would estimate the chain and cassette have approximately a season or less remaining on them (based on how many miles you ride). As mentioned, the frame is in great condition and please see the photos for reference. As you will see there are signs of typical wear and tear that comes along with a used bike. Please note the paint blemishes on the seat tube (prior to adding protective tape in that area) and on the rear dropout, as well as a small tear on the saddle. It has been registered with Cervelo, so any warranty issues can't be claimed. Bike Blue Book (used as a starting point) has the bike valued at around $1200 in "good" condition. With the upgrades listed above, I think the asking price is fair (basically $550 for the Di2 group and wheels/ceramic BB. Bike will be packed by LBS and shipping will be completed via Bike Flights for $80 to the lower 48 only. I tried my best to accurately and truthfuly describe the bike. Thanks for looking and please let me know if you have any questions, I will do my best to get back to you ASAP.

Have a lightly used Specialized Command Post IRcc. Post diameter is 31.6x 420mm with 125mm of travel. This was installed in my Trek Fuel, but swapped with the stock dropper when I sold the bike. I subsequently bought a Specialized Enduro that came with the same dropper (but different diameter). In total, the post was used for about 5 months or so. The post was serviced about 3 months after purchase after noticing the post would drop a few millimeters on its own. Following the service, the post functioned absolutely fine. Sale includes the post itself and the stock Specialized remote lever. Thanks for looking and please let me know if you have any questions.

Have a pair of lightly used men’s Scott Team BOA in a size 42 (US 8.5). For reference, I usually wear a size 9 and these fit fine. I used these on about 6 or so rides, just don’t wear them enough to justify holding onto them. Feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking.
