Video: Brett Rheeder Goes Off the Grid on the New Trek Rail
Just wait for the E-Hybrid bike that has gas motor too. That way you can run off an engine and charge when the battery is low. Why hasn't anyone thought of this before?

Trek Remedy 8 (29er) w/upgrades and offset bushing

$2200 USD
I am selling my Trek Remedy 8 (29er). Last year that the Remedy was offered as a 29er. I have maintained this bike and it is in perfect working order. I have upgraded the fork, wheels. dropper post, and handle bars. Fork is a RockShox Yari. 160mm travel, Debonair air spring and Charger RC damper. Wheels are DT Swiss 350 hubs, straight pull spokes and XM421 rims. No dents and perfectly true. setup tubeless with Vittoria Martelllo tires. Dropper post was upgraded to 150mm Handlebars are FUNN 800 mm wide. I painted the bars because I didn't like the white graphics against the green of the bike. The rear shock has an offset bushing installed which slackens the head angle by 0.5° The 20mm longer fork raises the front end a bit and slackens the head angle by probably 1° from the factory this bike has a 67° head angle with the offset bushing and the longer fork it is probably in the 65.5 or 66° range. The fork has had a rebuild, seals and oil in August The rear shock has had a rebuild, seals and oil in August. The tires were new in the spring. Plenty of life left and truthfully these things are really good. New rear brake pads in September Pedals shown are not included but I can provide a set of clipless or flat pedals with the bike. I do all my own maintenance and keep the bike in excellent shape I am 5'10" tall and the bike fits well. the Frame is a 19" virtual fit. I think this is the M/L frame size and would fit anyone 5'8"-5'10" tall. This bike climbs, descends and is a great all around trail bike. Let me know if you have any questions or want to see more pictures. 2200 if you pick it up/no PayPal 2400 shipped within CONUS, includes the PayPal fee.(I have a shipping box in hand and can ship within a day of payment). Thanks for looking Rob
