Actually, I might be talking bollox - thinking about it, this 'wave' might be at Caldecotte lake.
As I said above - ride around each one and you won't miss it.

A bit of a late reply but this is at Willen Lake. There are 2 'concrete wave' overflow systems there - one has a tighter curve and is right next to the path around the lake (not so good for riding and skating - tried it on my longboard and just too tight of a curve at the bottom, or at least for my skill level anyways) and the other (where this pic is taken) is right next to the lake, across a bit of grassland. Loads of BMX guys hit it all the time so if you ride round the lake you can't miss it.
But be careful as the lake is RIGHT the other side of the lip this guy is on, so if you get it wrong, you're getting wet!
