Any motorcycle that would be a two stroke would have to be imported, and follow under road legal regulations. I'm just saying a lot of our rules are affected by what america says is ok. I searched and I cant find any real reasoning as to why they got rid of the old street legal 2 strokes. If it was emissions though, why are you allowed to make street legal 2 strokes in other provinces? you would think they wouldn't let you. Or Canada's laws just have loop holes I guess

You do realize a lot of our vehicles have to meet California emissions. Were are market is so small, vehicles we get are usually based on what america allows.

Well yeah that makes sense, I get what you're saying now. I'm not trying to call you out, what you stated before makes it seem like we can't have any 2 strokes road legal at all. Probably due to California emissions bull shit, America fucks us once again.That being said you can't buy road legal 2 strokes off the lot, but in most parts of Canada you can make them road legal. Nova Scotia just sucks.
