Nimble tank of a bike! It rides like a trail bike, super jibby, jumps well. But also has 160/165mm of decent travel and eats chunk & big hits. The Pike has a charger damper (my new bike doesn’t and it makes a huge difference). The Fox Float CTD Evo even comes with a spare! 203/180mm Shimano Deores brakes are savage, And the Sram X9 transmission is bomb proof. Well maintained it’s entire life. The first owner had it maintained and I have since maintained it myself with the latest work being:- Frame & rear wheel bearings, Gear cable, pads & fluid were all replaced late winter. It is a used mountain bike so it’s not mint, just scuffs & rear wheel (just needs a tweak, not dings or flats in the rim) is out if true but there is not damage or faults that effect the bikes function. I’ve tried to keep the bike as OE as possible but here are the upgrades:- •Specialized Command Post Dropper •Sram X1 Carbon Fibre crankset •Rethal chain ring •Schwable Magic Mary 2.4 Ultra Soft F, Big Betty Soft R (this baller tyre set up is fairly new) •DMR V8 Pedals •ODIxSDG grips Not so great bits, few scuffs and chips but certainly in good condition. Dropper lever is knackered, Could be replaced any cable dropper lever (£15 eBay) The post itself works well just not with this lever. I would totally keep the thing if I could afford to but I have too many. I will ship to a UK address for £50 but collection from Somerset is preferred.
