I'm putting up my beloved Ribble road bike for sale. I've had it for about 3 years, and built it up from a frame and forks a friend gave me. I used the bike mostly for touring and day road rides around where i live. Selling to upgrade. Spec is as follows Frame - black medium Ribble ( not positive on make) Forks- ITM spider carbon forks rims - Prolite Hubs - prolite Tyres- continental ultarsport (plenty of life) Crankset- stronglite 3 cogs front mech- Shimano 105 3 speed rear Mech- Shimano tiagra 7 speed Shifters -shimano 3 speed 7 speed cassette - shimano 8 speed. Bars- ITM 300 road racing Stem - Ritchey Handlebar tape - can't remember though probably needs replacing. Some cosmetic damage over the bike, a one noticeable paint chip on the downtube, few scratches here and there. Some paint chips where the stem clasps the bars. Few scratches on the forks too. All only cosmetic though. There is a slight dent on the rear wheel, meaning that when its spun , a section of it goes out of the circumfrence by a few mm. Doesn't seem to affect performance. Doesn't come with bottle holders or anything Any questions just ask! cheers!

Having only just built up this bike and ridden it, I've moved out of the big city and can't really use this great bike much at University next year, so I'm open to trades for a 26" hardtail with gears. Very sad to see this for sale as I had a great time building and riding it over the past 6 months and it really is a fantastic bike , and such a strong and manouverable frame. Paint has started to flake on the downtube on one side from rubbing when put on a bike ride. The original colour is bright green. Only cosmetic. Spec is as follows. Nookie shuffle frame ( one size) Used to be green, spray painted black ( shows some paint chips) 2007 Marzocchi Dj1 forks, all black with red valve caps for air adjustement. Running fine. 24" Dmr pro rear wheel, rims are strong and hub recently had bearings changed and is nice and loud. 12 tooth. 24" Atomlab froint wheel on a hope bulb hub. All running smoothly and strong. Kenda K rad tyres , like new. Black fireeye handlebars, about 2" rise. Odyssey Cufflink grips, like new & long. Black Spank stem Tektro rear disc break, recently been bled. White hose is long enough for two bar revolutions in one direction. Does the job. Khe prism cranks, usual paint wear. DMR red v8 Pedals (wellgo copy i think) 30tooth black sprocket , like new & a good make but I can't remember! Single speed half link gold chain. Red haro seat. As I said, its sad to see this go so soon but I need something more appropriate to use at University. I am open to swap offers for hardtail mountainbikes with 26 " wheels. Give me an offer and the worst I can say is no. Alternatively will part with it for £450 ono. Cheers, Charlie
