Specialized Enduro 29er XL
$1800 USDI can't stand looking at this beast sitting collecting dust in my basement any longer. I love this thing but it needs to be ridden on trails more than just around my neighborhood with my kids. It's mostly stoct except for:
Maxxis Minion DHF's (95% tread left)
Race Face Atlas bar and stem
Race face narrow wide chain ring
Newer cassette and chain
Just had the Pike fork shop serviced and is super smooth.
New pads just put in too.
This bike is in great shape cosmetically too. There are zero dents or dings and the scratches are tough to find. The worst scratch happened when I tipped it over while washing it for the pictures for this ad. This rig is unstoppable uphill and especially downhill- You just can't go wrong with a Spec Enduro. how was the ride on the 29er? i know you said your buddy needs to try it and its surreal but whats your opinion on the 29er enduro at Highland. i have one myself and just switched from being a roadie to a fanatical mountain biker this year so i haven't ridden anything else but the big wheels. ill be hitting Highland a bunch this coming summer on the Enduro so let me know what you think of how it handles the park.
