Time of year for a new bike again, I try and do this every year as it gives me a new ish bike every 12 months or so. So its a 2016 Scott Genius in the red black and white paint work making it a nice classy not in your face bike. Read the review on the bike from last year, its a great bike. Spec as follows bars stem and saddle Burgtech upgrade ( Aluminium 800mm bars ) Front half carbon rear triangle alloy frame. Full 2016 xt groupe set upgrade 180 rotas. Sancross wheelset running tubles. (Done properly ) Sancross Hubs. Specialized butcher 2.3 tyers ( still with lots of life left ) Bikes had a new XT shadow rear mech on the.27August 2017 new cassette and chain in july 2017. All bushes and seals in fine working order with no play. Forks have had a lower service wih new seals 27th August 2017 . Bike comes with rockshox reverb seatpost ( upgrade from the original ) Service kit included with the reverb. Extras included Rear mech hanger 30 tooth chain ring for chainset ( currently running 32 tooth ) Spare ports for internal routing and nuts and stuff as per pictures. Fox Nude rear shock ( not sure on the travel on this ) Fox 34's 150mm travel ( love these forks ) Bike has been ridden and has some of the usual scuffs shown on the pictures. There is a chip in the paint work on the right hand chain stay again shown on the pics, that said the bike still looks slick and rides like brand new. I'M a cytech mechanic and maintained it mysef so if its needed replacing it has been replaced. many rides left on the break pads tyers and has had new cables for the run into winter. Breaks and reverb will be bled before any purchase leaving it fully ready to go ride. It climbs really well with the XC flip chip tech from scott and the bar mounted lock out for te front and back suspension is some thing else, I don't know why more don't do it but hey. Down hill this is the best bike Ive owned thus far but variety is the spice of live rite. Great bike and a great price for its age condition and the extras. This came on my new Scott genius, I've swapped it for my reverb and so have no use for it. Its a 2016 model Been used but works perfectly and has only a little rub from inserting the post to the frame. I will supply a new cable and outer on purchase. 31.6 tube. Price plus postage.
