This Santa Cruz Chameleon has been well cared for, used for a backpacking trip, and some winter riding. It can also run 29" wheels, or setup as a single speed. I've owned this bike since it was new, and have taken meticulous care of it, with all maintenance done by a pro bike mechanic. I’ve always been good with regular cleaning and drivetrain lubrication. All pivots have been recently changed (free lifetime replacement from Santa Cruz), along with bleeding of the brakes and dropper, and replaced seals & oil on forks. Brake pads replaced a month back, and rotors have plenty of life. Everything runs smooth and quiet! With all the rain, I haven't ridden the bike much this last year, as I don't ride this bike in the rain/mud (that's reserved for my hardtail). Most of my overall riding has been trail single track, climbing, some intermediate downhill, no jumps. I loved this bike so much, I decided to get a new 5010, and am passing this one on. As you'd expect, it has a few minor rubs and scratches, but only cosmetic. The wheelset and cranks were put on in May of 2018, so they have not seen much use, and are in near perfect condition.
