@pgomez: They are absolutely right though! Lots of bike manufacturers (and not only!) decisions or omissions make no sense, except for sales. That's no surprise and the scale is way higher than usually thought. I am an engineer in automotive where it happens exactly the same thing (and without regulations would be much worse). From the well known "right to repair" to way more subtle tactics, like voluntary omissions. That's not a conspiracy or some sham-wow idea...

He is the best guide I had in Finale! Such a good rider and also very smart when choosing the trails. And nice build. Keep it simple and ride it like you stole it ;) Better than riders who buy > 6k bikes and ride them carefully so they don't scratch them :)

Why should the bike shops be helped to stay in business? Why don't they just adapt and start taking also direct sale bikes for service? Why shouldn't the ones who want to get into the sport, but they are discouraged by the ridiculous prices of dealer sold bikes, be helped?

@nlibot33: Why not about women? It contradicts your idea, so you have chosen to ignore it. Good logic :) Or what about their freeriders in Rampage and Darkfest?

Funny to see how much hate YT gets from the dealer staff and dealer fanboys. Keep being ripped off by the dealers while we are using the savings for a few awesome bike trips. And no worries with the warranty claims, I had 2 in 2 years and everything was fast and smooth. Also working on my bike is fun and relaxing. Some basic mechanics, a bit of common sense and the right tools are enough to fully service your bike. More options, better for the riders ???? PS: this is just my personal opinion. Don't be a snowflake ????
