Feb 8, 2020SRAM Guide RS
$120 CADLightly used. They were taken off the bike when new but were used briefly a couple seasons ago while waiting for some replacement brakes that got lost in shipment. Nothing wrong with them, just trying to clear out some of the spare parts I've accumulated

Pinkbike Poll: How Mechanically Minded Are You?
@sherbet: I ranked myself as a wizard. I’m a red seal heavy equipment mechanic with 15 years experience doing field service in many different industries from construction, forestry, mining and marine. And, I pulled wrenches since I was a kid before that.
Nothing on a bike is all that complex, it’s all just bearings, shafts, seals, and fasteners. Oh and a couple cables and a chain, just for fun.
The things I work on are no different, just a bit more complex. And the reality is most of our customers, both yours and mine, can do a good portion of our jobs. People pay us because they don’t want to do a job, more often than they pay us because they can’t.

Pinkbike Poll: How Mechanically Minded Are You?
@skelldify: Amen brother! I’ve never found bike shop service costs all that prohibitive, but crummy workmanship sure is!

Pinkbike Poll: How Mechanically Minded Are You?
Good olive oil costs more than both brake fluid and decent suspension lube!

Banshee Overhauls Rune & Releases New Titan Enduro Bike
@BansheeRiders: Are the longer chainstays on the titan a specific design consideration? Or are they the result of the 29" wheel rear triangle on the same shock cage and linkage as the 27.5 bikes? Just curious because I'm not seeing the longer stays as a common trend across all the V3 models, just the 29ers.
Honest question, I don't want this to come across as some internet dick trolling you on your bike designs. I've been happily riding a 27.5 bike for 5 years with extra short stays (process 153), It's time for a new bike but I'd like my next bike to be a bit longer in the back. I'm 29er curious, but the Titan would be over and inch longer in the back than my current bike which seems like a huge difference!
