BMW M3 CS ("Club Sport") 2018 — The Pinnacle of the F80 Era The Backstory By 2018, the F80 M3 had matured through its lifecycle—base, Competition Package, etc.—and BMW M GmbH decided to celebrate it with something special: the M3 CS. Pronounced “Club Sport,” this was the first time an M3 sedan carried the CS badge. It married track-oriented performance upgrades with enough refinement to still be street-usable. Production was limited—approximately 1,200 units worldwide, of which about 550 were allocated to the U.S. Making the M3 CS ("Club Sport") more special: * Use of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) for roof, hood, front splitter, rear diffuser, spoiler lip—lowering weight and improving aerodynamics. * Wheel setup: BMW CS-F6 lightweight alloy wheels (Pictured on the Laguna Seca Blue CS model, with staggered sizes front vs rear, and more aggressive tires. * Suspension, differential, and exhaust all tweaked for a sharper, more track-oriented feel: stiffer Adaptive M suspension, modified Active M differential, and a tuned sports exhaust with a more aggressive note. Styling & Interior Inside and out, M3 CS ("Club Sport") gives cues you’re not dealing with just another M3: * Exterior includes visual touches: unique front apron with large air intakes, special CS badging, Gurney spoiler lip, carbon fiber trim. * Interior upgrades: Two-tone full Merino leather (Silverstone / Black), Alcantara trim, special stitching, “CS” badges, red start/stop button, “M” striped front seat belts. I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create this rendering.

Yas Marina Blue & mythical “1 of 100” Spec* Now, let’s imagine a limited-edition F80 M3, specifically made 1 of 100, in Yas Marina Blue with white interior. (The lighter blue colored rendering) * Exterior: Yas Marina Blue is an eye-catching Lighter metallic blue offered under BMW’s Individual program, inspired by the Yas Marina racetrack in Abu Dhabi. It was among the launch colors, first appearing on the 2001 e46/M3 GTR “STRASSENVERSION”, or “Street Version” * Interior: White interior (full leather or extended full leather) contrasts sharply with the blue exterior—rare for BMW’s M-line, which often leans on the grey, black, or other darker interiors, such as saddle, blue/back, and/or red/black. * Rarity & Appeal: If truly “1 of 100,” it would join the upper echelon of the most collectible F80s. The combination of a rare color + light interior + limited production would make it a standout for collectors. * I know of at least 1 in existence., Which was used to create the rendering that you see here, featuring the Yas Marina Paint, White interior, and the BMW 666M 20” wheels. Though even AI could not find confirmation that the proposed qty-100 exists. I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create this rendering.

I created this Rendering of my 1970 BMW 2002. It is not easy trying to have a faded, "Patina" rusted look, with some of the grey primer coming through, at the same time, the fiberglass air dam will be faded but smooth, not rusted, plus keeping the wheels polished to a more luster than the paint, like my actual car. I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create this image

Here is a photo of my 1970 BMW 2002. Her nickname is Sinderella. She might have tattered clothes, but she has a heart inside of her. * She has a built M10 engine, with a hot cam, side draft Weber carb, headers, 2.5 exhaust with no muffler, just a resonator out back. A 5-speed Manual Trans and a limited-slip diff with 3.64 gears. She rides on Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs. Those are true vintage 15-inch Panasport Alloy wheels. Porsche front seats with BMW 6-series rear seats. AutoMeter racing gauges keep an eye on things.

This i my friend, Ryuu. He originated as the main character in a Monga story that my niece was creating. She abandoned the project, so he became the character for whom I ghostwrite Haiku Poems. The 1971 Nissan Fairlady Z 423R, also known as the PS30, is a high-performance model of the Fairlady Z series. It was designed to demonstrate the Z-car's capabilities on the track and was based on the S30S model. The Z432 featured a 2.0-liter inline-six engine with triple carburetors and high-performance camshafts, producing 160 hp at 7000 rpm. This model was aimed at customers seeking the ultimate Japanese GT car of the day. It was a limited edition of only about 500 units produced, only in orange with a flat black fiberglass hood, and a hand-built, well-tuned motor. Racing suspension and upgraded brakes were also part of the package. The Z432 was a significant development in Nissan's history, showcasing the company's engineering prowess and commitment to performance.

This is Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The scene is the Weather Tech/Laguna Seca Raceway. Specialty Vehicle Engineering jams 750 hp into a GMC Canyon Evoking a truck seemingly made specifically for Lord Vader, the gear-heads at Jersey-based Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) are once again applying the “Syclone” nameplate to a GMC pickup truck with world-destroying amounts of horsepower. This time around, there are 750 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque under the hood of this black-and-red compact pickup. Only 50 of these Canyon-based machines will be built. It uses the short-box extended cab platform as its base, yanking the stock powertrain in favour of a 5.3L V8 engine topped with an OEM-quality centrifugal supercharger. Its 8L90E automatic transmission has been appropriately fortified for this duty and fitted with a custom high-stall torque converter. Just like the original Syclone, this truck is fitted with a full-time all-wheel-drive system, one whose transfer case sends 62 per cent of power to the rear wheels; and 38 per cent to the fronts. High-performance six-piston calipers rein in forward motion, while a two-inch drop up front and five-inch drop in the rear give this thing a mean stance.

This is a scene of the Bixby Bridge on Highway 1, just south of Monterey/Carmel on the California coast. The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, popularly referred to as the "Evo", is a sports sedan and rally car based on the Lancer that was manufactured by Japanese manufacturer Mitsubishi Motors from 1992 until 2016. The Lancer was originally intended only for Japanese markets, but demand on the "grey import" market led the Evolution series to be offered through Ralliart dealer networks in the United Kingdom and in various European markets from around 1998. Mitsubishi decided to export the eighth generation Evolution to the United States in 2003 after witnessing the success Subaru had in that market the previous year with the Subaru Impreza WRX. Pictured is the Evo IX. Mitsubishi introduced the Lancer Evolution IX in Japan on March 3, 2005, and exhibited the car at the Geneva Motor Show for the European market the same day. The North American markets saw the model exhibited at the New York International Auto Show the following month. The 2.0 L (1,997 cc) 4G63 Inline-four engine has MIVEC technology (variable valve timing), and a revised turbocharger design boosting official power output at the crankshaft to 291 PS (214 kW; 287 hp) and torque to 392 N⋅m (289 lb⋅ft). The USDM Lancer Evolution IX models: standard (Grand Sport Rally or "GSR" in some markets), RS (Rally Sport), SE (Special Edition) and MR (Mitsubishi Racing) varied slightly in their performance capabilities. Subtleties unique to each model accounted for variations in acceleration, handling and top speed. The RS excluded features that came standard on the SE and MR models (stereo system, power windows and locks, rear wiper, rear wing, trunk lining, and sound insulation). The result is a weight savings of over 60 lb (27 kg).

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." This is a scene of the Bixby Bridge on Highway 1, just south of Monterey/Carmel on the California coast. The 2006-2008 Subaru Impreza WRX/STI is a compact sports sedan known for its lightweight design and high-performance capabilities. It features a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder DOHC Boxer engine that produces 293 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The WRX STI is equipped with all-wheel drive, ensuring excellent handling and traction on various surfaces. The car's design includes a wing-like trisectional Subaru mesh grille, a new hood scoop, and a roof vane inspired by rally cars. It also offers a range of interior conveniences, including power locks, windows, and mirrors, leather-trimmed seats, cruise control, daytime running lights, and dual front and side airbags. The 2006-2008 WRXSTI is celebrated for its powerful performance, tight cornering, and smooth handling, making it a favorite among enthusiasts. It is also praised for its lightweight body, which contributes to its overall performance and handling. However, some owners have noted that the rear seats do not fold, and there is a desire for more features and options. Despite these minor drawbacks, the 2006-2008 WRX/STI remains a sought-after vehicle among those who appreciate a high-performance sports sedan. The one pictured is owned by the daughter of one of my best friends. Her’s is a 2006. It features a Carbon Fiber Hood and nose, the factory optional silver wheels, the factory optioned roof spoiler, and she runs the driving lights exposed. She has it spec’d out with RECARO Racing seats and SIMPSON racing harnesses. It is pretty much how I would spec a WRX/STI, if I owned one. Well except that I prefer the factory gold wheels.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." This is a scene of a dirt/gravel road in a forest. It is the perfect backdrop for a car that is the base of Audi's WRC rally car. The Audi Quattro is a road and rally car, produced by the German automobile manufacturer Audi, part of the Volkswagen Group. It was first shown at the 1980 Geneva Motor Show on 3 March. Production continued through 1991. The word quattro is derived from the Italian word for "four" to represent the fact that the vehicle delivers power to all four wheels. The name has also been used by Audi to refer to the quattro four-wheel-drive system, or any four-wheel-drive version of an Audi model. The original Quattro model is also commonly referred to as the Ur-Quattro - the "Ur-" (German for "primordial", "original", or "first of its kind") is an augmentative prefix. The idea of such a car came from the Audi engineer Jörg Bensinger. The Audi Quattro was the first rally car to take advantage of the then-recently changed rules that allowed the use of four-wheel drive in competition racing. It won consecutive competitions for the next two years. To commemorate the success of the original vehicle, all subsequent Audi production automobiles with this four-wheel-drive system were badged with the trademark quattro with a lower-case "q" letter. The Audi Quattro shared many parts and platform with the Coupé version of the Audi 80 (B2), The quattro was internally designated Typ 85, a production code it shared with the Quattro versions of the Audi Coupé. Its characteristic flared wheelarches were styled by Martin Smith. The Audi Quattro also had independent front and rear suspension.

This is Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This is a scene of a dirt/gravel road in a forest. It is the perfect backdrop for a WRC Rally car. Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2 History, Specs, and Performance (The Unicorn of Rally cars, for Audi) The Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2 is a significant evolution of Audi's pioneering Quattro, which introduced all-wheel drive to the World Rally Championship in 1981. The S1 E2, introduced in 1985, was the final evolution of Audi's Quattro, characterized by extreme aerodynamics, anti-lag turbo systems, and dual clutch transmissions. It was the product of Group B's loose regulations, which fostered a fierce development race between manufacturers. The Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2 was known for its aggressive aerodynamic kit, including massive front and rear overhanging bumpers, widened fenders, and an enormous rear wing. It was also notable for its shorter wheelbase and weight reduction, achieved by replacing steel components with lightweight materials like kevlar and aluminum. The Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2 is approximately 320 mm (12.6 inches) shorter in wheelbase compared to the stock Quattro. This reduction in wheelbase was designed to improve handling and reduce understeer during racing. The S1 E2's all-aluminum five-cylinder in-line engine was a development of the existing design, producing 350 kW (480 PS; 470 bhp). The Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2 was not only a performance vehicle but also a symbol of the sport's evolution and the challenges it faced. It played a crucial role in the development of Group B cars and set the stage for future rally racing advancements. I must admit that I REALLY like how the rendering turned out. I truly put my heart soul into my work, and hopefully it shows in Illustrations like this one.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." The R33 GT-R went on sale on 6 January 1995 with the base model GT-R and the V·spec model. The V·spec model weighed in 10 kg (22 lb) heavier, and had sportier suspension, resulting in lower ground clearance. The V·spec also featured the newer ATTESA E-TS Pro All Wheel Drive system, which included an active limited-slip differential. The rumor is that NISSAN "backdoored" a Porsche 959 and back-engineered many parts/systems for this car, including the AWD drivetrain.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." GSX / GSX Stage 1 was Buick's contribution to the Classic era American Muscle car list, based on the GS455 which was in turn based on the Skylark platform adding an appearance, performance and handling package available starting in the 1970 model year. The GSX Performance and Handling package was a $1,100 option on the GS455 ($8,907 in 2024 dollars [9]) in addition to the listed retail price of $3,098 ($25,084 in 2024 dollars [9]) for the Buick Gran Sport which the GSX was based. The GSX was Buick's attempt to increase showroom traffic on a newly designed Skylark body style for 1970 which started off slow but sales improved. The GSX was Buick's answer to Pontiac's GTO Judge, Oldsmobile's 4-4-2 W-30, and Chevrolet's Chevelle SS. Buick advertised it as "A Brand New Brand Of Buick" and "Another 'Light Your Fire' Car From Buick". It came standard with a 455ci engine with or without the optional Stage 1 performance engine upgrades during the first year of release. Although near the top of GM's brand hierarchy, the GSX hardtop's basic bodyshell was the same as the lower-priced 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle but with differing guards, grille, bumpers, doors, etc., while Pontiac and Oldsmobile midsize hardtop coupes shared a slightly different body.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." Following the end of R34 production in 2002, Nissan announced they would separate the GT-R model from the Skyline name, creating an entirely new vehicle, though based on a similar as the Skyline. This succeeding car, known simply as the Nissan GT-R, debuted in 2007 in Tokyo. Introduced to consumers in 2008, it was the first GT-R available worldwide, entering the North American market for the first time. The GT-R used the Premium Midship (PM) platform, an evolution of the FM platform first used by the V35 generation of the Skyline. The Skyline GT-R heritage was reflected in its chassis codes: CBA-R35 (2007–2011), DBA-R35 (2012–2016), 4BA-R35 (2017–2025) or simply R35.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." This is absolutely one of my favorite Ferrari ever. Period, full stop, the end. It took the already epic “entry level” 458 and with the “Speciale”, Ferrari amped everything up to 11. It is arguably the best naturally aspirated sports car in history. It was the last naturally aspirated V8 Ferrari, and the engine was at its peak in terms of evolution. Mid-engined 4.5-litre V8 with flat-plane-crank, sky-high 9,000 RPM redline, insane 597 bhp and 398 lb/ft of torque, making this the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 ever built.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." Whether it be its sleek and timeless Pininfarina design, or its epic 562 hp naturally-aspirated V8 engine with a 9,000 rpm redline; the 458 was destined for greatness the moment the first car drove off the production line. It has already become a modern classic. The 458 boasted a completely redesigned platform and brand new Pininfarina design. Its name is derived from its showcase 4.5L 8-cylinder engine, which made it “the highest-revving street-legal production V8”. I rendered this in a rare “Arvorio”, Yellow, instead of the typical - either Rosso Corsa: A bright red that is commonly associated with Ferrari. Rosso Scuderia: A vibrant red that is slightly darker than Rosso Corsa, designed to resemble F1 racing.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T. Introduced in the autumn of 1969 for the 1970 model year, the Challenger was one of two Chrysler E-body cars, the other being the slightly smaller Plymouth Barracuda. Positioned to compete against the Mercury Cougar and Pontiac Firebird in the upper end of the pony car market segment, it was "a rather late response" to the Ford Mustang, which debuted in April 1964. Even so, Chrysler intended the new Challenger as the most potent pony car ever, and like the less expensive Barracuda, it was available in a staggering number of trim and option levels, and with virtually every engine in Chrysler's inventory. The Challenger's longer wheelbase, larger dimensions, and more luxurious interior were prompted by the launch of the 1967 Mercury Cougar, likewise, a bigger, more luxurious, and more expensive pony car aimed at affluent young American buyers. The 110 in (2,800 mm) wheelbase was 2 in (51 mm) longer than the Barracuda's, and the Dodge differed substantially in its sheet metal, much as the Cougar differed from the shorter-wheelbase Mustang.

The Shelby Daytona Coupe (also referred to as the Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe) is an American sports-coupé. It is related to the Shelby Cobra roadster, loosely based on its chassis and drive-train developed and built as an advanced evolution. It was engineered and purpose built for auto racing, specifically to take on Ferrari and its 250 GTO in the GT class. The original project had six Shelby Daytona Coupes built for racing purposes between 1964 and 1965, as Carroll Shelby was reassigned to the Ford GT40 project to compete at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, again to beat Ferrari in the highest level prototype class. Shelby won a title in the International Championship for GT Manufacturers in the 1965 season with the Shelby Daytona car, thus becoming the first American constructor to win a title on the international scene at the FIA World Championships. In 2014, the first Cobra Daytona Coupe became the first vehicle recorded under a U.S. federal program for documenting historically important national treasures.

The Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (chassis code W 198) is a two-seat sports car that was produced by Mercedes-Benz from 1954 to 1957 as a gullwinged coupé and from 1957 to 1963 as a roadster. The 300 SL traces its origins to the company's 1952 racing car, the W194, and was equipped with a mechanical direct fuel-injection system that significantly increased the power output of its three-liter overhead camshaft straight-six engine. The 300 SL was capable of reaching speeds of up to 260 km/h (162 mph), earning it a reputation as a sports car racing champion and making it the fastest production car of its time. The car's iconic gullwing doors and innovative lightweight tubular-frame construction contributed to its status as a groundbreaking and highly influential automobile.\ The designation "SL" is an abbreviation of the German term super-leicht, meaning "super-light", a reference to the car's racing-bred lightweight construction. The 300 SL was introduced to the American market at the suggestion of Max Hoffman, Mercedes-Benz's United States importer at the time, who recognized the potential demand for a high-performance sports car among American buyers. The Mercedes-Benz 300 SL remains a highly sought-after classic car and is celebrated for its performance, design, and technological advancements.

Artwork that I created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, which was used as a Facebook page header, to commemorate "Monterey Car Week." The 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona is an iconic American muscle car known for its aerodynamic design and NASCAR success, featuring a powerful engine and distinctive styling. Overview and History The 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona was a high-performance variant of the Dodge Charger, specifically designed for NASCAR racing. It was produced in limited numbers, with only 503 units manufactured. The Daytona was created to compete in NASCAR and was the first car to break the 200 mph barrier in a NASCAR event, achieving this milestone in 1970. The name "Daytona" pays homage to the Daytona International Speedway, a significant venue in auto racing history. Design Features The Daytona is easily recognizable due to its distinctive aerodynamic modifications, which include: * A 23-inch tall rear wing for improved downforce. * A special nose cone that replaced the traditional front grille, enhancing aerodynamics. * Flush rear window, that was flush with the roof line, and modified fenders to reduce drag. * These design elements contributed to its nickname as one of the "Winged Warriors" of NASCAR, alongside another notable model, the Plymouth Superbird.
