POC’s New Barocon Carbon DH Helmet Meets US Moto Standards, But It Costs $880
that is the science behind it. Reason why bicycle helmets are not DOT approved. A Moto helmet is made for faster crashes so when in slower speeds the helmet won't absorb the impact and cause concisions. its been proven. So not sure what poc is doing here or its just some marketing tool for the unwise.
