It's like they are doing a half assed sellout to appease the e bike industry but not get their e bike hater fans upset. Every truthful review of an e bike should include the premise that exposed rear derailleurs are not necessary and completely inappropriate on e bikes, which I have actually heard e bike reviewers who review e bikes full time truthfully say on other sites. Pinkbike completely lacks any and all credibility when it comes to e bike reviews, they don't understand what real e bikers want because they are not passionate about e bikes and look at everything from the perspective of a non e bike.

Much easier to grab the frame in front of the seat tube when I'm carrying my 57 pound e bike. I've actually considered putting some type of handle there because I do alot of hike a bike scouting and have to lift it over stuff. But it would look awful and people would ask questions. Grabbing the seat is useless unless you are just wanting to just pick up the back of your bike.

@WalrusRider: Nobody makes anything comparable to the 5 10 leather eps hightops, and mine have been very durable. 5 10 has had some issues worth certain models but most of their shoes are still great and that's why they are the most popular.

No JIS bits so this tool will damage your Shimano derailleur screws. Most bike mechanics don't care about this cause they are completely uneducated hacks. The whole premise of part of the test of that the derailleur survives but the hanger does not. With the stupid new direct mount derailleurs SRAM and Shimano are making either the derailleur or frame would have been damaged by these unrealistic tests. Exposed derailleurs will always be vulnerable because they are exposed and in a terrible location, as much as the industry tries to convince us otherwise. The biggest crock of shit I hear is when riders talk about how they've adjusted their "riding style" to avoid damaging their rear derailleur. Go to hell you pussies! I'm not thinking about my rear derailleur while I'm trying to survive a tick garden.
