I bought it to get into the sport of cycling and to keep up with the rest of the bike club. Selling it because I bought a non-electric bike. This is a great bike to start on or if you would like a little help. It is a "power assist" ebike as opposed to an ebike where the power is always on. The "power assist" allows you to pedal without using the battery, hence you get stronger as a cyclist and save on battery power. When you need a little help just press a button and the pedaling gets easier with the added assistance. There are three levels of assistance. I have gone on 70-mile rides with this bike. I have ridden it a few times in the last year just to keep everything working. This is a great bike.
