Lapierre XR929 Carbon Frame
$600 GBPSitting spare in the workshop for too long now and has to go - replaced with a bigger travel frame at the end of last summer and I've never got round to building this one back up again. This frame was a warranty replacement for a cracked swingarm on the original models which were prone for this. No issues on current frame.
Brilliant 'marathon' / XC bike - 100mm travel but feels a lot more capable than that would suggest (I've run it with 140mm forks and it's well matched). Fastest climbing bike I've ever owned - no excuses not to be first up the climbs..
Fitted with a KS Dropper (31.6mm), press fit BB, and Formula rear brake (internally routed). All included in the sale.

X-Fusion Sweep RL2
$150 GBPNice set of X-Fusion RL2's going spare in the workshop this week. As new condition on a great set of 160mm (adjustable down to 100mm) travel forks. A very plush, high end set of AM forks.

Brought in as used forks, the steerer has been cut fairly short (180mm) which is the only reason we are not using them on a build. Be great to see them go to a good home:
