I bought this dropper post in late 2015 and it has not left the box, brand new and in perfect condition. This is the 420mm post with the handlebar remote. Included is the post and a bleed kit for easy installation.

This is a 2015 Specialized Status 1 in the satin gloss black color option. I purchased this bike last Christmas from Highland Mountain Bike Park in Northfield, NH. This bike was part of their 2015 fleet, and was worked on and maintained by professional mechanics in their shop. The bike was in very good shape when I bought it, but I replaced the entire drive chain. Originally, the bike had an 8 speed cassette, but I replaced it with an 11 speed so that the bike could be used for both DH and XC purposes. A local bike shop installed the Shimano XT M8000 series parts, which was a new derailleur, shift lever, cassette, and chain. I replaced the bottom bracket with a Race Face BSA, as well as the crankset, with Race Face Turbine Cinch cranks. I upgraded to Spank Spike red platform pedals, and ODI Troy Lee Designs lock-on grips. The saddle was replaced by Highland and is a brand new Specialized DH saddle. Everything on the bike; the fork and rear suspension, frame, brakes, rims, spokes, tires, and even the stem and handlebar are in perfect shape, and show very minimal wear. The bike only has two rides on it after the full upgrade; one with steep climbs and the other with more downhill and park, and it held up very well to both. The shifting is very smooth, and the suspension was able to handle both types of riding with ease. A lot of money and work went into making this bike perfect both both styles of riding, so please, no low-ball offers. Please contact me with any questions or to set up a time to see the bike.
