Review: The Outlier Metronome Self-Leveling Flat Pedal is Superior, & Frustrating
"You ever been in a hammock that is stuck upside down so you can't get in it? Me either, but these pedals invented that." Comment comedy gold right there.

I like that they challenge the concept of platform location relative to the axis of rotation. However, they are cost prohibitive for me, by a lot. Maybe if they made a $50 composite for people to try.

Must Watch: Josh Bryceland Shreds His Backyard Haven in 'UNITY'
That section at 6 minutes really conveys that feeling of joy as a kid, biking in the woods with friends. Masterfully done. Thanks.

Giro Releases New DropLine Goggles
The plastic/rubber that holds the lens and the strap on my last pair of Giro goggles broke within 6 rides. Cracked around the nose early and separated at the strap after the last ride falling off my face. I thought buying a non-cheap goggle would remove one more thing to think about. Guess not. I then bought two pair of moto googles for $20. They have worked great so far. Such is the world of MTB I guess.

Video: Dylan Siggers & Zak Mousseau Go Off Line In 'Liquid Sunshine'
I guess I don't get the younger generation. For me it is about the feeling on the bike, the weird body position that works, the challenge to clean a section (whatever your skill level), the smoothness that comes with the feature you have conquered. I feel that pinkbike used to be about these things... Now it's racing, products you don't need (clik valves), and a hip above your van for the insta. I'm (sadly, after over a decade) probably not long for pinkbike... And I don't mean to trash this fine video. Just does anyone know the place on the internet that still will lift you up to ride when dead tired and worn out, kinda like the old pinkbike or the collective?
