Frame was used for about a year then stripped down and set aside for a few months. Frame is in great physical shape with a number of scratches and rub marks that are all pictured. Bearings are still in great shape and shock was rebuilt right before it was stripped down. Comes with: RockShox Deluxe Select Trunnion shock (fresh air can rebuild) Shimano MT800 bottom bracket (only a couple rides on it) Physically located in Seattle WA area.

This is unofficial Specialized made color, Anodized Purple, was made as a color sample and never produced. This is a production frame with standard geometry, but the shock has it travel reducer removed so it gets 7.8 inches of travel. It is esentially a Demo 8 but with more nimble goemetry! It is a REALLY good park and freeride bike, and can be built well with single or double crown fork with 7+ inches of travel. It is a great bike for the area, Northstar, Mammoth, Pacifica, almost anywhere local because it is more nimble and agile than your average downhill bike! This bad boy is in VERY good shape and only has a years worth of riding on it! There are hardly any nicks in the frame and no dents or scratches. I am throwing in a pair of Mavic 823 32h rims custom powdercoated in purple (they are a slightly darker shade but still look awesome together). One of the rims is new and in perfect shape, and the other is a bit beat up and dented. The bad rim is rideable but not for longterm riding, it might work better as a front rim since they dont get beat up as much.

Unfortunately I have to sell my black beauty :( She is an amazing bike. She is an Extra Large, and fits me perfect at about 6'3", anyone above 6ft should be comfortable. I just upgraded to the 2014 Fox 40 float air, which feels fantastic! This bike really rails! It is so planted and stable, yet it corners very well! She has a Sram build kit with code brakes. The DT swiss wheels are in good shape but have a couple dents. The Frame has some minor scratches on the side of the downtube (pictured, from my "friends" pedals) but the majority was covered by protective tape and is clean. My loss, your gain. JUST UPGRADED DERAILUER TO NEW 10spd XO1 DH! Its SO crisp and quiet!
