i live in teddington as well, basically all you have to do, is get a new bike, but get an older model, i got my norco for £300 just because its a 07 model, but i bougt it brand new in june, so search the bikes u like that are around £400-£500 and u will save a couple of hundred quid if you loom for 07/08 models.
