Why Your Bike Might Have Less Travel Than Claimed
It should be standard practice in a review to include actual measured travel, just like how the weight is typically recorded and included. It would be really interesting to see if there are bigger discrepancies in shorter travel or longer travel bikes.

Rockshox Lyrik Ultimate 42mm offset
$500 USD2020 Lyrik ultimate with charger 2.1 . Steerer cut to 6.5”. Fork has performed flawlessly. Shows some evidence of rock chipping on crown and arch. Fork was wrapped with invisiframe protection prior to install. There are a few areas where the invisiframe has torn, but it shows that it has done its job and protected the lowers. The stanchions are very clean. Buyer responsible for shipping and PayPal fees.

They should have done this series with a budgetary limit as opposed to picking the absolute worst vs best product. THey should have given Henry $1000 to fix his bike and Jason $5000 to fix his. Then it would be up to them to find the best way to use their funds to make their bikes better. That would have been much more entertaining and useful. This is really just them trying to see how horrible they can make Henry's bike, which serves no real purpose.
