I can add 1 x 10 gears. It will take a couple weeks. The price would be $1000.
You should try single speeding if you haven't already. When you transition from a fast downhill to a steep uphill you'll always be able to stomp on your cranks with out them slipping gears or spinning. You can just charge up short pinchy climb. It will make you a better rider because you will be forced to use less brake.
