2020 Bird Aeris 145 Medium-Long 27.5 Enduro Bike Boost. (will consider splitting) I’ve loved this bike since building it up in 2020, I’ve taken it to DYFI, BPW, Scotland, Morzine and all the locals and is such a fun and capable bike. I’ve added a 1.5 degree Works Components headset to slacken the front from 65 to 63.5 Reach is around 476mm, wheelbase to 1235mm. Bike is super planted on the decents, yet still climbs exceptionally well. Frame does show cosmetic chips as to be expected for a well used, but loved, bike (especially around the BB area, mostly chips to the undercoat an none have reach the Aluminum. Frame was Helitaped from New in all the high wear areas.This is starting to look a little scruffy in places where dirt has gotten in. Comes with 8 spare Spokes & nipples for the Hunt Enduro Wide v2 wheels (2 spare for each side of wheel) 1 x Hunt XD freehub (new) as well as 1 x HG freehub used but works mechanically perfect. New Enduro Max Bearings all round June 2024 as well as other bits and pieces, see specs below. Bike is ready to Ride! Minor cosmetic scratches but overall, Amazing wheelset with no dents or dings, and will take anything you can throw at them. For Sale: 2018 DVO Beryl D2 Damper Fork 160mm. 27.5 44mm offset 4 Position Low Speed Compression Rebound Direct mount 160mm Brake caliper Stanchions 35mm Steerer cut to 180mm Currently set to 160mm travel - can be adjusted to 150 or 170mm with internal spacers. Recently had a lower leg service with fresh grease and fluids. All seals okay small marks to lower legs here and there as to be expected. no marks to stanchions that I can see but please see photos. comes with axle. Things to note: Does have a slight hum from LH side airspring - DVO recommends adding more grease to the OTT spring (its a common issue), Something I can't do as I do not have the correct diameter shaft clamps (30mm I believe) to hold the airspring assembly. Aside from this, the fork performs as expected, just a little noisey when cycling fork through travel. Can't be heard when riding. For a proficient home mechanic, with the correct shaft clamps, this would be a 30min fix. All in all these are a great fork for the price, enough adjustability for the average rider. I have used these in bikeparks and trail centres and haven't had any issues with them, no leaks and haven't needed to top up the air or anything of the sort.
