Transition Bottlerocket (parting out soon)

$1485 USD
You're looking at an incredibly versatile bike right here. 5.5 inches of rear travel complimented by a beasty build and supple Fox 36 fork. The entire suspension is air adjustable, so unlike coil, is easily adjusted on the fly and to anyone's weight. Additionally, it comes with all of the complex, yet simple, compression adjustments to fine tune the suspension for your environment. This is the kind of bike you can take to the resorts, park, and local trails. There are a lot of bikes out there labeled a "do it all" bike but most of those are forgetting about the jumps. The bottlerocket has not. So if you're looking for a bike to get you into all forms of mountain biking, you've stumbled on the right ad. And if you're around the 5'7"-5'11" height, you're in the sweet spot! ***Parts List*** Transition Bottle rocket 5.5" rear travel with DHX 5.0 Air Fox 36 RC2 Float 1.5 Transition Revolution 36 Wheelset w/specialized butcher tires Sram XO 9spd rear derailleur, single speed up front with e13 chainguide Shimano XT brakes (could use a bleed) Renthal Fatboy Bars 780mm 31.8 Chris King Headset (top of the line) Thanks for checking this out. Selling for a friend and I'm somewhat of a mechanic so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I should be able to answer. ALSO!!!! I will only have this ad up for a short time. If you want the whole bike, act soon. Otherwise, I'll be taking the bike apart and selling things individually.

Video: The Right Bike for the Job is the One You're Riding Now
Agreed. That being said, nothing wrong with upgrading as long as you are always riding. I've been guilty of being unhappy with my bike because it could be better. The result was less fun/less riding and looking back, I had more fun on my shitty bikes because I was always riding. It's a sad curse to always find unhappiness in the fact that something could be nicer/lighter etc. But I've recovered, somewhat. That being said, I think the guy in this vid would love a slopestyle bike.
