Development Story: SRAM's New Eagle Transmission
@windclimber: I have axs, calibrating with app is essentially the same as adjusting cable tension. The derailluer still has to be parallel with the wheel to work properly, that won't be able to be adjusted with the new direct mount system.

Development Story: SRAM's New Eagle Transmission
This concept is all based on the assumption that the frame you attach the derailluer to is perfect, there will be now way to adjust alignment as you can with a hanger.
