Dented downtube. Not sure if it can be fixed or if you can buy a new front triangle from Trek.
Rest of frame is fine. Shock fully working so can be used on another bike if eye to eye is correct. Rear triangle and bearings are good condition.
Comes with headset, stem, rear axle and shock.
