@gnarnaimo: I’m not suggesting any of that at all. I do think she is a good competitor and can go far, but when she starts her day with a watch that says she’s basically depleted when others are showing a full tank, it may be putting her at a disadvantage mentally. If she has never used that type of technology it can become a stressor. Maybe she normally functions quite well with very little sleep and thought nothing of it until a watch told her so….just some perspective.
