Knobbiethrower purchased a brand new Kuat NV 2.0 rack from me on March 19th. He opened a dispute with his credit card against me July 10th. I sent him two messages asking why he is disputing the transaction (which were marked "read") with no response. I am now having to file a police report against him for FRAUD. I have all the proof that he did indeed purchase this down to the property record showing the home the rack was shipped to is owned by him and a woman with a different last name. If you have been a victim, please message me and I will include your information in the police report.
