Well loved Norco Empire 5 for sale. Custom parts, build is : Marz 55r fork Marz Roco Air shock Sram X9 Carbon drivetrain with X5 trigger Hayes Stroker Carbon brakes (very good) Truvativ Hussefelt bars and stem, Howitzer crankset WTB Laser Disc Trail wheel on front, LD Freeride on back, both on Super Duty hubs (good clicking sound) Schawlbe Big Betty tires (near new) Fork needs new seals. Rear shock was damaged when I let someone borrow it and they didn't clamp the seat post tight enough and it slid through the pipe and poked the shock cyclinder. Probably needs new rear shock, or some kind of repair. Shock has leaked pretty much all of it's contents, and no longer locks out. Rear wheel has a small crack that doesn't impact the ride. Both wheels need to be trued. One of the brake levers has a small crack in it too, but it hasn't gotten worse in 5 years... Aside from those fixer upper bits, it's a terrific bike that just needs a little love, which I unfortunately don't have time to give it. Bike would be great for a smaller person. I'm 5'11 and it's not that fun for climbs. Very fun in the bike park and North Shore trails for the right person... $700 OBO
