For me it worked very well ;)
and i rode that setup for a year or so and never noticed any wobble or defect
and the fork still works :D

i put tape on the right side of the axle(where the RS axle is thicker than rest of the axle, with the tape you just put the MZ axle to the same thickness as the RS axle) so it fits in the dropout without any wobble.
you dont use the thread of the Fork and just tighten it with the two bolts of the axle.
