it's 3ft and i'm using it as a kicker (i can't ride park) sorry for the late reply, it's quite hard to describe the insides but i'll try. basically there are struts in between each piece of ply for the surface two long pieces along the bottom sides and a cuboid shape with a diagonal piece in the middle to keep it from rocking and one more piece nearer the bottom placed horizontally across between the two long pieces.

yeah they are 10mm and have a groove that fit in the drop outs.
