Mountain Creek Women's Downhill Camp August 22-24

If you are a women who likes to ride bikes and you live in the Northeast, head on over to Mountain Creek Bike Park to check out some of the great women's specific programs they have going on. Mountain Creek is the home base to Kathi Krause's Dirt, Rock N Root Training. Kathi is a 3X World Masters Downhill Champion and IMBA certified Mountain Bike Instructor. When the ladies of Dirt, Rock N Root aren't standing in the starting gate or atop the podium at various east coast downhill races, they are helping Kathi to offer some of the best women's specific instructional programs out there. Like Mountain Creek Bike Park's Monthly Women's Ride Days. On one Saturday each month Mountain Creek offers 40% Off Lift Tickets, Private Lessons and Rentals for all ladies, and the women of Dirt, Rock N Root offer free women's only group rides of the park. The final two Women's Ride Days of the season are coming up on September 13th and October 15th. Mark your calendars.
