Mammoth Bike Park Expands Lift-Accessed Terrain

PRESS RELEASE: Mammoth Bike Park

The gondola will open its doors to bikes for the first time this summer on Friday, giving riders access up to McCoy Station (mid mountain). This means that the iconic trails Midtown, Velocity, Chain Smoke and Twilight Zone will be opening this weekend as well. May the hot laps commence.

Chair 16 is now open on weekends (Fri-Sun) and Discovery Chair, which accesses the beginner terrain out of main lodge is also spinning daily.


We’re very close to popping the top, with the trail crew working hard to re-shape high elevation singletrack that sat under more than 15+ feet of snow this winter. More on that soon.
