This Saturday it will be 3 weeks since ride a bike as i have high per extended my right knee which is still very pain full but luckily this Friday I'm seeing a knee specialized how only focuses on the knee and has done so many knee reckon constructions on professional football players but if I'm lucky i will not be needing a knee reckon construction but there is a 90% chance that I will be needing surgery which means either may i will not be riding my bikes or playing soccer for a year, anyway wish me luck!!! 
P.S at least I can still video my mates riding and be assistant coach for the under 16's of my town so at least I won't be bored

i was showing a mate your bike but couldn't find it for sale so i uploaded it to show him cause he is interested in it tomorrow but wanted to see it tonight so i upload it so he can make the decision of buying your bike or a different one so i was actualy trying to help u sell it if he wanted it but he has responded yet mate
