We have here a 5010 v2, C carbon, seriously WELL used, but fast and fun. Frame has normal wear, some good scratches, and a cool cable rubbed spot on the seat tube, but nothing past the paint (see pics). Bottom link was recently replaced, and new bearings installed on the upper link. The highlights here are the custom wheelset, and Fox Factory suspension. This was my first real mountain bike and I'll be sad to see it go, but we all must move on....on a Hightower now. Wheels- custom, built by a local shop's pro wheel builder. WTB KOM i29 rims- lightweight alloy, 29mm internal width. No dings or dents, totally true, just normal scratches. Hadley Racing hubs. These hubs roll fast and have very low drag, but still great engagement. The hub sound is comparable to i9 Torch. The XD driver body is aircraft grade titanium, which supposedly prevents gouging of the splines, the XX1 11-speed cassette on there now is stuck pretty firm. I understand this a common problem with the XD lock-ring mechanism. Included with this bike are the three Hadley wrenches needed to crack these open for service, a $50 value. You'll save way more than that over the long-term, servicing yourself. Cool color too. Tires- rear is Ardent 2.4, front is DHF 2.5. Tubeless... Fork- Fox 34 Factory, 140mm travel, Fit4 damper. Perfect working order. Some rubbing from my bike rack on the right lower, just the decal. I have a set of new decals in stealth grey color, will included those with the sale. Shock- Fox Factory DPS. Brakes- Shimano XT, M8000, two piston front, single piston rear. XT 180mm rotors front and rear. Frankenstein 11 speed drivetrain- XX1 11-speed cassette(awesome), GX derailleur(some good scuffs, will include new Shimano optislick cable), NX shifter, GX chain(extra quick link included), OneUp 34 tooth chainring(30 tooth included with sale!), Shimano XTR cranks(M9020, well rubbed). Shimano bottom bracket. Raceface Chester pedals. Weird mix, but it's pretty light and still durable. OneUp chainguide-cuz why not. Fox Transfer dropper, 150mm travel, Wolftooth remote. Still working great after tons of miles. WTB Volt saddle Cane Creek 40 Headset Bars- 35mm Renthal carbon Lite, 760mm wide, cosmetic scratches from a little tumble....I will include the OEM RaceFace alloy bars also. Santa Cruz Palmdale grips. Stem-Renthal Apex 35mm. Frame bag also included! doesn't fit the new bike. Bottle cage also included! Frame fits full size bottle, and the bag. See pic by the river. The internal routing rubber grommets on the headtube have disintegrated, and I can't get my hands on replacements.... In desperate need of a new UPPER link for any 5010 v2, and the dust covers if possible. Had a bearing EXPLODE, sheared away material on the outside edge of the link, and the dust cover/cap thing is toast. Santa Cruz is not shipping, and my local SC dealer is closed due to COVID. Have tried online shops, no luck. Will pay full retail ($65? I think), and shipping.
