I live local, Foothill Ranch.
What year is the frame? I have an intense M6 FRO how is the lateral flex in the frame? are the bearings in good shape?
Do you have a rear hub that fits this frame?

It is difficult to get information on geometry.
Do you have measurements/size?
What is the reach? Head tube diameter and length and what is the length from bottom center of head tube to bottom bracket.
I understand the head angle is bouut 66 degrees.
What is the condition of the frame?
