If you're in it for the downhill, but are sometimes required to climb, this is the bike for you. Slack, long travel, will go uphill but doesn't really like it. -2017 Nukeproof Mega 275 alloy frame (built up in 2019/2020). -Fox Float Factory 36 180mm -Fox Superdelux 230x65mm -Hope Tech 3 brakes. -SRAM X01 drivetrain -OneUp V2 dropper -Maxxis DHF and DHR II 27.5x2.6 -CushCore front and back -Raceface cockpit/cranks/oval chainring I bought it in 2020 from a kid who needed money for school. He only rode it a couple of times before selling. It was a nice build overall, but I made some changes to get it just right. There are only two things I don't like about this bike...both superficial. Previous owner put some kind of clear frame protector on...poorly. I've gotten most of it off, but there are still places it's on. Can't really see it unless you look closely. Second, the brake cable routing. He wrapped it around the head tube like he was going to do barspins. Looks dumb, but it was too much of a pain to fix so I never did. All in all - uber capable bike - confidence inspiring on mammoth bar/auburn DH, Mile and Boy Scout in Pacifica, and nearly every trail at Northstar just to name a few. If you can't tell, I love this bike...but I don't ride it very often anymore so it's time to let it go.

If you're looking for your kids first mountain bike you can stop here. 10sp drivetrain, 80mm air fork, hydraulic disc brakes (SO important for small hands)...check out spawns website for a full list of features. All in all it's a fantastic build for kids. We're the second owners of this ride, so it's absolutely seen some use but is in great working condition. My son was riding it regularly from age 6 to just about 9 now. New ones run at $1375...a lot...so if you have the rare opportunity to pick up a used on jump on it!
