Banshee Rune XT w/Cane Creek DB Coil CS PRICE DROP

$1750 GBP
Final price drop - this is a bargain for such a well-specced bike, and am only selling at this price due to a recent change in circumstances. The price is firm, £1750.00 delivered. 2016 Banshee Rune XT with Cane Creek DB Coil CS,160mm travel front and rear. The bike is mechanically pristine and barely used. It is a true all rounder, climbing and descending incredibly well. Geo is easily adjustable (3 minute trailside job) from 65.5 head angle for more cross-country efficiency to 64.5 to get properly slack for the bike park / uplift. The DB Coil CS shock rides unbelievably plush in all conditions and climbs like nothing else: the traction is amazing, even without the Climb Switch engaged. CS is compatible with Cane Creek OPT handlebar remote, around £50.00. Sprung for 83-95kg riders (total equipped riding weight), new springs are £28.00 from likes of TFTuned and are simple to fit. Total weight of the shock is only around 350-400g more than the original air shock; this can be offset further with a lightweight spring. You don't notice the extra weight - the enhanced traction when going up more than compensates for a slight weight penalty. Pro reviewers agree: https://www.canecreek.com/products/suspension/dbcoil-cs/reviews Properly bomb-proof hand-built Canadian frame. This is a high end bike with a cult following for good reason: http://www.bikeradar.com/mtb/gear/category/bikes/mountain-bikes/full-suspension/product/review-banshee-rune-50256/ https://dirtmountainbike.com/bike-reviews/banshee-rune-bike-review-wanna-go-large.html/2 http://www.essexhertsmtb.co.uk/reviews/review-banshee-rune-mk-2.php Weight of the complete bike as it stands is around 14kg / 31lbs. Not heavy at all for a burly enduro bike. Complete tech info here: http://2016website.bansheebikes.com/bikes/rune/ Some very minor scuffs and one or two small chips to paintwork. Differs from the standard Ison Distribution kit with some upgrades which I felt would improve the bike: OneUp 50t climbing sprocket, Renthal FatBar uncut (not Fatbar Lite), and Maxxis High Roller / Ardent tyres front and rear, tubeless. replacing Schwalbe. Standard kit includes RockShox Pike 160mm fork. Full XT M8000, hardly any wear to brakes or chainset. Halo Vapour wheelset. RockShox Reverb 125mm dropper. Apex stem. ODI grips. MRP chainguide. Pedals not included. Will ship at buyer's expense, local pickup preferred (Birmingham / Black Country). Viewing welcome with notice.
