Taken off a 2025 Giant Reign. 205mm trunnion mount, 62.5mm stroke. No lower eyelet hardware. The reason I marked it as needing service is I believe a problem with the damper. To get 30% sag I was only running 120 psi (I weigh 160 lbs), and the compression damping felt "off" or not working properly. I don't know how else to describe it, maybe an easy fix, maybe use it for other parts? No air leaks, and overall lightly ridden. I have not pulled it apart to investigate further. This started as a 2025 model Giant Reign 2. Size medium, alloy frame with downtube storage, full 29er, 160mm rear travel, 170mm front travel. It was lightly ridden, and I recently swapped a mix of new and used (nice) parts onto it. Ultimately, I ride my trail bike more than this enduro bike. Weighs 33 lbs as pictured! This newest generation Reign is regarded as an excellent enduro bike, and it can pedal trails all day. Stock parts: headset Rock Shox Yari 170mm fork 150mm Giant dropper Swapped parts: Suntour triair 3cr rear shock (big upgrade, only ridden 3x) I9 Enduro 305 wheelset with Hydra hubs. Conti Kryptotal 2.4 tires front and rear, nearly new, enduro casing/soft compound SLX 170mm crankset with 30t chainring, new press fit BB GX Eagle cassette, shifter, and rear derailleur, new chain Sram code rsc brakes, new metallic pads, 200mm rear and 220mm front rotor. They stop! Race Face Next 35mm carbon bar, 760mm width. Ergon grips. 45mm kalloy stem. I'm going to swap the saddle pictured for a spare- you likely have your own preference anyway Race Face chester pedals Everything is in excellent shape. Frame has no significant wear and no damage. There are some light scratches here and there, but it is in great shape. Only 3 rides since swapping all the parts, everything is running smooth and dialed. The triair shock feels great on this bike. Frame storage has the little fabric sleeve included. I do not have the flip chips for the rear- they are available from Giant to swap between high/low settings or run mullet. The setting now is the middle geometry position. I prefer local pickup in Denver. I am willing to ship in lower 48 at a flat fee of $175 (includes paypal fee for the whole bike).

Set of TRP Slate T4 brakes. Brand new, just took them out of plastic for pictures. Both levers have full length hoses, so you can run moto brakes if you want. Includes TRP blue pads and barbs/olives. These are nice 4 piston brakes. No rotors, and no adapters/mounting hardware. Marzocchi Z1 air. 160mm travel. Rail damper. 29er, boost, etc. Lightly ridden and in great shape. No scratches or damage to stanchions, minor wear on lowers. No leaks, everything works smooth. Includes thru axle. ***Note that the rebound adjuster knob is missing*** The adjuster still works, just doesn't have the knob. Steerer was threaded for EDC tool, but then also got a regular star nut installed. If you want to run the EDC again, you'll probably want to chase the threads. Steer tube is 18.5 cm / 7.25 inches long. Will ship free in lower 48 at full asking price, got a dedicated fork box ready to go!
