I'll try to get some more pics up this afternoon to so it off properly.

I was riding at Afan on my Endruo a week before I was meant to be flying for a week on Morzine. Penhydd and all, easy track. Railed around a little bend, looking up at the next one. There was a big ass rock under some overgrown grass I didn't see. Impact twisted the bars 90 degrees and snapped my left wrist, went over the front, looking at my helmet I landing pretty much upside down pointing stright up, came down on some rocks and put a fist sized hole in my right elbow. I was in hospital for 2 and a half weeks, plate in mt wrist, big plate in my right elbow. the damage meant I had to have some skin removed so it could be stiched, it's a funny shape now. Both limbs wont make a full recovery, so far I've had the elbow out of plaster, I've got about 40degress of movement, but it'll also move in directions elbows aren't ment to move in which is painfull! no strengh at all. My left thumb and palm are numb and might not come back (wont lose them, just the feeling) Sergeon says 10 weeks before I can safely ride "down the shops" and it's upto Physio and luck if I get back to riding xc and eventually having joints strong enough to ride DH again, maybe next spring, maybe not. I'm asking for £3k cost me £5k to have it bult, it's honestly apart from rub marks on the cranks and a small scrape on the lowers like new. I spent a fortune and loads of time getting it perfect for hols, but it never happened. I've got 6 pairs of brake pads I'll throw in too. I'm also a bit more flexible on the price too.
