I think it could be a loose connection between the thumb control and the kiox. it’s been serviced recently and done no mileage since. Running Tubeless I’d say ideally could do with new tyres due to perishing. A couple of scratches, rub marks from knee pads but it’s been maintained every year by the trailhead, new chain and cassette on last service.
