Medium Surly Instigator 2 $800 or BO. Pickup in High Bridge, NJ. I'm not positive on the year, but 2014 wa sthe first year they made them. I bought last year from the mechanic at a local shop. Bike is setup Single Speed 30x19. Has sliding rear dropout chip but also has a derailleur hanger. Rear wheel has standard Shimano cassette hub so can be setup geared very easily. Frame: Medium...steel is real Fork: Fox 32. Wheels/tires: 26+ Rabbit hole rims on SLX hubs. 2.8" Maxxis DHF tires setup split tube tubeless. Cranks: GX 175mm with a 30 tooth ring and new SRAM BB. MRP Chain Guide Headset: Cane Creak 40 (I think) Brakes: SLX, with rotors: F-203mm, R-180mm. Stem: Bontrager Big Earl 50mm Bars: Pro-taper low rise 780mm uncut with ODI longneck grips Seatpost: 1st gen Giant Contact Switch dropper with 20mm setback Internally routed in seattube Saddle: Charge Spoon Pedals: will include basic plastic platforms Super versatile bike. Currently setup Single Speed, but I ran it geared 1x10 as well. I also ran it setup 27.5+. With i35 rims and 2.6 rear 2.8 front tires it had plenty of tire clearance. I even ran the rear wheel slammed fwd in the sliders with that combo. Can pretty much do anything with this bike. Only negative I’ve had is the seat-post has a 1 bolt seat clamp which slipped when I initially installed my seat. I then used carbon paste and upped the torque slightly and it's been solid ever since, but mentioning in the interest of full disclosure. Bike has some scratches and cable rub here and there, but overall in nice shape. It’s been well maintained and probably only has about 500 miles on it. Cash only sale, pickup only.
